  This 15 year old Grade 7 female pupil of Chitulika Primary School in Mpika District of Muchinga Province (Gloria Kaonga) has kiled herself after the Head Teacher ordered her to repeat Grade 6 because of her average performance. According to several credible sources, Gloria first pleaded with the school authorities to allow her write Grade 7 Examination this year (2025) since she was about to turn 16 but they refused and ordered her to learn with the 11 year olds who are in Grade 6.
